BikeFit

Yesterday I got a long time friend to stop by my house and give me a bikesfit. I didn't get the whole bikefit in particular, I got a cleat alignment. Last year at Rock camp he blessed all the riders who wanted it and after he adjusted me, I felt 100% better and even felt more powerful on the bike.

In the middle of the season, I changed shoes and I started to have back problems again and even though I tried setting up the shoes the same exact way, its nothing like letting the expert handle it. So check out the photos and if anyone wants his help, contact him through the website below.

see ya

Hey RB,
I had the "Wobblenaught" bike fit last year, and it helped my position a little.  However, the best thing I ever did for my position was to move my saddle forward (~77 degree seat angle).  I have relatively short femurs for my height and moving the seat angle to a higher degree really unlocked a large amount of power that was being wasted before.  Now my knee is slightly forward of the pedal spindle when the crank arm is horizontal.  Power went up and heart rate went down immediately...

Did you have the wedges placed between your cleats and shoes???  I needed one on each shoe to achieve flat pedalling...

What you did is common to try and maximize your performance.
Using the wedges from bikefit should take you 100% where you need to be cleat shoe wise.
I use two wedges on the left and one on the right placing them right underneath the shoe in between the cleat

Swifty is a good guy. I've been wanting to get my cleats aligned for a while. I should.
