Just a Few Days In

BikeFit

Yesterday I got a long time friend to stop by my house and give me a bikesfit. I didn't get the whole bikefit in particular, I got a cleat alignment. Last year at Rock camp he blessed all the riders who wanted it and after he adjusted me, I felt 100%

Lake Isabella

I got away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and took a 200 mile trip north to Lake Isabella which is right on the other side of Bakers Field. The average altitude here is around 300ft. Its a really cool/not so cool place to come train. The weather
